Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of US Dental Data and any CSV data you purchase from us. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form or chat widget, or completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Data We Provide

All practice and provider data on this site is sourced from the NPPES NPI Registry, the public database maintained by CMS (the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). It's provided "as is" and "as available" - we verify our sourcing and refresh process (see Methodology), but we don't guarantee the underlying data is complete, current, or error-free, since it reflects whatever providers themselves have filed with NPPES. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or fitness of the data for any particular purpose.

Purchases & Payment

Acceptable Use

You may use purchased CSV data for lawful business purposes - sales outreach, market research, recruiting, and similar. You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

The underlying provider data comes from a public federal registry and isn't owned by us. The site's design, code, compiled/normalized datasets, and the specific presentation of that data are our property. Your purchase grants you a license to use the CSV under these terms - it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying data or our software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and data are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Dental Data will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or data, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for anyone who violates these terms, including the acceptable-use restrictions above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
